Tutoring and mentoring are excellent ways to show your leadership. At the Study, you can apply to become a certified tutor and earn a stipend – and teaching will help you to deepen your own mastery of natural sciences and math.

Read a Book

Reading a good non-fiction or fiction book is an excellent way to learn about illness and health, bioethics, health care, practice of medicine, and challenges facing global health. You can travel to American hospitals and neighborhoods – and around the world – on the wings of a good book. As an informed reader, you will have the tools to participate in conversations that shape the future of health care.
