Hi! I’m Arianna Garcia, the Graduate Assistant for the Office of Student Integrity and Restorative Justice Practices at Loyola University Maryland. I graduated from Loyola in 2025 with B.A.s in Psychology and Forensic Studies. I am currently pursuing my M.S. in Biological Forensics. In my role, I support the Steering Committee for Student Integrity, manage administrative operations, and help oversee Loyola’s Off-Campus Housing website.
As an undergraduate, I served as an Evergreen for the Office of Student Engagement and as a Resident Assistant for Residence Life and Housing. These roles allowed me to build community, mentor students, and assist with office operations to promote unity and inclusion on campus.
In my free time, I enjoy discovering new shows, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Matthew L. Gordon is a Doctor of Psychology candidate at Loyola University Maryland, where he has served as a Graduate Coordinator since 2022. As a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Student Integrity, Matt serves as a student integrity officer, meeting with students to discuss and adjudicate violations of the Community Standards. Additionally, he offers support for housing operations within the Office of Residence Life and Housing.
Matt earned his B.A. in Psychology from the Honors College at Georgia State University in 2022. He completed his M.S. in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University Maryland in 2024 en route to his doctoral degree.
In his free time, Matt enjoys weightlifting, spending time outdoors, and caring for his houseplants.

I have over a decade of experience in higher education, including the areas of equity and inclusion, residence life, fraternity and sorority life, student conduct, social work, restorative justice, intergroup dialogue, conflict resolution, and belonging.
I am a proud alumna of the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration and Policy, and the University of Maryland College Park (UMD), where I earned my Master of Public Health in Community and Behavioral Health.
Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new brunch spots, watching the latest shows and movies on Netflix and Hulu, and spending time with family and friends!

Before coming to Loyola, I worked in Residence Life at both Hampshire College and Union College from 2015 to 2023. My first role at Loyola was as Assistant Director for Student Conduct, and now I serve as Associate Director for the Office of Student Integrity & Restorative Justice Practices. In my role, I help to manage the Student Integrity Process, Academic Integrity Process, and the Honor Council, Off-Campus Housing, and our background systems like Maxient and Vector.
In my spare time, you can find me taking care of my three cats and gaming, whether it be video games, board games, or tabletop role-playing games. I was a D1 tennis player for Niagara University and have been playing since I was 9 years old. Recently, I’ve gotten into backpacking and hiking.
