Diplomas

Beginning in September 2022, both a printed diploma and an electronic diploma (CeDiploma) are ordered for every graduate following the conferral date.  All printed diplomas are mailed to the graduate's home address listed in Self-Service unless other arrangements have been made with the Office of the Registrar.  A link to download the CeDiploma is sent to the graduate's Loyola email address approximately 2 weeks following the conferral date. 

 

Diplomas are not released to students with outstanding financial obligations to the University or who are on a financial hold.  Once the hold is resolved with Student Administrative Services, the graduate should contact the Office of the Registrar at 410-617-2263 to ensure the release of their electronic and printed diploma.

 

Degrees are conferred on September 30, January 31, and mid-late May.  See the Academic Calendar for the specific graduation date in May, as it varies by year.
