Late Registration

Late registrations are accepted during the periods listed below. During these periods, electronic web registration is usually closed. Students must complete a Graduate Change of Registration form located on Inside Loyola, Loyola Self-Service, Student Forms. Upon electronic submission, the request is routed to your academic department for approval, and subsequently routed to the Office of the Registrar for processing. Electronic tuition payments must be made as usual for any courses added. Please allow at least 3 business days for processing.

Summer 2024 Session I: May 29-30, 2024

Summer 2024 Session II: July 15-16, 2024

Summer 2024 Alternate Session: Start date of class

Fall 2024 First Eight-Week Session: August 26-30, 2024

Fall 2024 Semester and Second Eight-Week Session: September 10, 2024

Spring 2025 Education First Eight-Week Session: January 17-20, 2025

Spring 2025 Semester, including Second Eight-Week Session only: January 17–20, 2025
