Change of Major
Students who wish to change their declared major need to stop by the Academic Advising and Support Center (AASC, MH 138) for guidance in making this decision. Once a decision has been made to change the major, a Change of Major form must be completed and submitted to AASC. Be sure to get all of the signatures required prior to submitting this form. The Change of Major form is available on the Office of the Registrar website under Forms.
Change of Minor
Students who wish to add, change, or drop a minor must submit a Change of Minor form to Academic Advising and Support Center (AASC, MH 138). Be sure to get all of the signatures required prior to submitting this form. The Change of Minor form is available on the Office of the Registrar website under Forms.
