Caring for You While You Care for Others – On Demand
Facilitated by Acentra
Caring affects an individual, their family, their relationships, and their work in
many ways—practically, physically, emotionally, and financially. When people are simply
coping day-to-day and responding to the needs of others, it is easy to neglect their
wellbeing. But there are ways to make simple changes to promote a better sense of
health and well-being, whatever an individual’s caring role might be.
