Leader-Scholar Coaching
What is the I2I Collaborative?
The I2I (Inquiry to Impact) Collaborative is a dynamic leader-scholar coaching network connecting doctoral students, postdocs, early career faculty, and professionals from K-12, higher education, consulting, nonprofit, and policy. Launching in the 2024-2025 academic year, this community aims to foster the dissemination of ideas, education practices, policy insights, and research across various education domains. Through personalized coaching, peer support, and collegial accountability, members can build capacity in their chosen areas, engage in collaborative research, and drive meaningful impact in the field of education. The I2I Collaborative serves as a bridge between inquiry and practice, creating a supportive ecosystem for educational innovation and professional growth.
Members in this community are expected to commit to a project or idea that they will carry through to the end of the academic year and present their research at CELSJE’s annual symposium in Spring. The community meets monthly via zoom to accommodate members from other states.
