Community of Inquiry (COI)
What is COI?
The COl at CELSJE consists of undergraduate and graduate students from a variety of disciplines who are committed to exploring both technical skills and applying a variety of qualitative and quantitative inquiry methods to conduct research and answer critical questions studied at the Center.
COI Member Benefits
- Members will be eligible to be hired as research assistants on faculty-funded projects when opportunities become available.
- Members meet monthly with lead faculty and engage in learning about conducting research and a variety of methodologies.
- Members will present their research at CELSJE’s annual symposium in spring.
- Members will receive a small stipend as honorarium at the end of the year if committed to two semesters.

- Application form will be posted on CELSJE website for each recruitment cycle
- Recruitment for AY25-26 starts in Spring 2025.
