Planning Guidebook
This Guidebook outlines our goals for the strategic planning process, how the process will unfold, and what the final result will be. It also includes information about the Strategic Planning Steering Committee, as well as others involved in supporting this process. It is intended to serve as a reference for the community and will be updated as needed.
The Guidebook was created by the co-chairs of the Strategic Planning Steering Committee and committee staff. The entire committee and the Cabinet reviewed the Guide and provided helpful feedback and edits. Questions about this Guidebook and the strategic planning process should be submitted to strategicplanning@loyola.edu.
