Raj Patel an award-winning author, filmmaker and research professor at the University of Texas, Austin will deliver Loyola University Maryland’s Hanway Lecture in Global Studies on Wednesday, October 21 at 7 p.m. in McGuire Hall. The event is free and open to the public but advance registration is encouraged for in-person and virtual attendance.

Raj Patel is an award-winning author, film-maker and academic. He is a Research Professor in the Lyndon B Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, Austin.
