Loyola University Maryland's 173rd Commencement Ceremony

CFG Bank Arena

What You Need

• Stage Pass
  • These will be released the day before Commencement (check your Loyola email!) -
  • You can either print it OR add it to your digital wallet screenshots are not recommended!
  • The stage pass will have your line up number
    • R or L (for right side or left side of student line up)
    • Number (where you are in the student line up)
• Comfortable Shoes - you will be standing for long periods of time
• Travel Light - please familiarize yourself with the clear bag policy for CFG Bank Arena
• Your Cap & Gown - be sure to watch the videos on how to wear your regalia

Arrival Time

• Doors open at 1 p.m. for graduates and guests
• All graduates should arrive to the Arena by 1:45 p.m.
• Please find your place in the procession (your line up number on your stage pass) NO LATER than 2:15 p.m.

• Presentation of Carrol Medal, Newman Medal, and President's Medal
• Presentation of Honorary Degree
• Commencement Address
• Presentation of Degrees

Presentation of Degrees

Student degrees are presented after the Commencement Address. The class will walk with doctoral graduates first, then bachelor's recipients, then master's recipients. Grad Images will take photos of graduates as they cross stage. Proofs and information related to Commencement photographs will be sent directly to each graduate via email. All diplomas will be mailed home.
