Disability and Accessibility Support

Loyola University Maryland welcomes students, families, and guests with disability and accessibility accommodation requests for Commencement Events. Any individuals who require such services for the Baccalaureate Mass and/or Commencement Ceremony should read the following information carefully and then fill out the support services request form, located below. To ensure adequate accommodations, all disability and accessibility support requests for Commencement Events should be received by Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

Reserved Seating Information:

  • Guests who need a reserved seat for a wheelchair or have mobility issues must complete the support services request form below. Please note Loyola University Maryland does not provide wheelchairs. To accommodate high demand, persons in need of a reserved seat may only be accompanied by one additional companion in each reserved seating section. Please note, all guests require a ticket for the Baccalaureate Mass. Ticket information will be available in February. Tickets are not required for Commencement. To ensure adequate accommodations, all disability and accessibility support requests for Commencement Events should be received by Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

Hearing-Impaired Guests:

  • Live captioning is available for both the Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement on the venue’s video screens. To ensure adequate accommodations, all disability and accessibility support requests for Commencement Events should be received by Tuesday, April 22, 2025.
