Incoming First-Year Programs

Our incoming first-year programs, commonly referred to as pre-fall programs, provide transformative experiences for students before the start of the fall semester, helping them build connections, confidence, and a strong foundation for success at Loyola. Flourish welcomes LGBTQ+ students and allies to explore identity, community, and queer joy while discovering resources on campus and in Baltimore. The Ignatius Scholars Program supports first-generation and high-financial-need students, equipping them with academic and leadership skills to excel in college. The MAP: A Navigational Tool for Student Success helps ALANA students transition to campus life through academic support, cultural exploration, and community-building. Each program fosters belonging and prepares students to thrive at Loyola.
