Students With Disabilities
It is the policy and practice of Loyola to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and state and local requirements regarding students with learning disabilities and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD). No qualified individual with a disability shall be denied access to, or participation in services, programs and activities at Loyola. Academic accommodations are provided for students with documented learning disabilities/ADHD so that these students are viewed according to their abilities, not disabilities.

Registering for DAS
Welcome! We look forward to working with you during your studies at Loyola. We are happy to talk with you about the accommodation process at Loyola University Maryland, and please email us at DAS@loyola.edu if you want to set up a time to talk in-person, by Zoom, or by phone.
Information for all Class Years
Students are welcome to submit accommodation requests at any time during their studies at Loyola, but accommodations are not implemented retroactively. Therefore, we encourage all students to submit their requests as early as possible. Here is a link to our Registration Process.
Location
Our office and testing center have been moved out of Newman Towers and is now located in Maryland Hall 141.
Hours
DAS staff will be available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Student Appointments and Meeting
- Students can request in-person meetings or Zoom meetings.
- Appointments are needed.
- If you don't know who to meet with, email DAS and ask to meet with a DAS advisor.
Requesting Accommodations
- Presently enrolled Loyola students seeking accommodations should review the DAS registration page on the DAS website. You can apply and upload documentation online.
