Welcome to the first edition of our new quarterly employee wellness newsletter! Our purpose is to support the mental, physical, and financial well-being of our faculty, staff, and administrators. At Loyola, fostering inclusive, comprehensive wellness support is central to our Jesuit value of cura personalis - care for the whole person - and sustaining a culture of care across our community. Through this newsletter, we’ll share helpful resources, wellness tips, and inspiration to empower you - both at work and in life.
