Jennifer Anderson Affiliate Coach
Jennifer Anderson is an Affiliate Coach for the Center for Coaching and Leadership and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a dedicated public servant with over 30 years supporting the Department of Defense as an electrical engineer, program manager, senior executive (SES ret), and leadership coach. Jennifer brings first-hand knowledge of working in high stress, dynamic cyber and cybersecurity missions supporting military operations and national policy makers. She works one-to-one with leaders and teaches them practical techniques to gain clarity on what’s important, define meaningful goals, and take action to achieve lasting results.
Carey Borkoski Co-Director
Carey Borkoski is the Co-Director of the Center for Coaching and Leadership and an Associate Professor in the School of Education where she teaches and advises students in the Master of Education Leadership and the new Executive Leadership programs. Through her experience as a Division I college athlete, a two-time doctoral student, and as an educator, Carey has honed her professional coaching approach. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has worked with educators, postgraduate students, and emerging leaders and believes strongly that this work is for everyone!
Vicki Jordan Affiliate Coach
Vicki Jordan is an Affiliate Coach with the Center for Coaching and Leadership and an executive leadership and team coach with over 40 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD). She teaches a "Leader As Coach" class for DoD leaders, helping create inspiring leadership cultures. After retiring in 2017, she's dedicated herself to helping individuals and teams in various sectors reach their personal and professional goals. Vicki believes in making coaching accessible to all, contributing her time to support veterans and underserved students. She's passionate about helping people discover their "True North" and enjoys tutoring ESL and GED students, prison ministry work, and active participation in the Anne Arundel County League of Women Voters. Her greatest joy is spending time with family and friends.
Katherine Keefe Co-Director
Katherine Keefe is the Co-Director for the Center for Coaching and Leadership and the Leadership Programs Director for ASPIRE, Loyola's Center for Continuing Education. She runs Leadership Essentials, a 6-month leadership development program, and the LE Women's Group. Katherine is working towards her coaching certification and brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit management, operations, fundraising, financial management, and human resources.
Elizabeth Kennedy Coordinator
Liz Kennedy is the Program Coordinator for the Center for Coaching and Leadership.
Kerri Sutey Affiliate Coach
Kerri Sutey is an Affiliate Coach with the Center for Coaching and Leadership and an ICAgile Certified Expert in Team Coaching and Enterprise Coaching, and an International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach. Kerri's approach is designed to guide and transform leadership capabilities. With profound experience spanning global tech giants and key industries—including transformative roles at Google, Southwest Airlines, IBM, ExxonMobil, and Booz Allen Hamilton—she brings a unique blend of agility, collaboration, and integrity to her coaching practice.
Jess Yocum Affiliate Coach
Jess Yocum is an Affiliate Coach with the Center for Coaching and  Leadership and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She coaches senior and executive leaders who are navigating complexity and want to align who they are with how they lead. Her work blends strategy, systems thinking, and values-based coaching to help leaders thrive in complexity, untangle challenges, and build resilience without losing themselves in the process. With a background in Organization Development and Leadership—and experience across government, startups, and global corporations—shse partners with individuals and organizations to realign from the inside out, supporting meaningful growth that lasts.
