The Rev. Brian F. Linnane, S.J., Alumni House is a welcoming place on the Evergreen campus for all alumni to visit, gather, and enjoy special events. The offices of alumni engagement, advancement events, and donor relations are located inside the house. We look forward to sharing this home with our Loyola community.

About the Alumni House
Constructed in 1927, this three-story Federal-style brick colonial sits on more than one acre and is adjacent to Armiger House, the residence of the president of Loyola University Maryland.
John Cochran III, ’73, a former trustee, and his wife, Patricia, earmarked a portion of their $5 million gift during the university’s Bright Minds, Bold Hearts comprehensive campaign to the purchase, renovation, and repurposing of the house—and named it the Rev. Brian F. Linnane, S.J., Alumni House.
The Alumni House opened its doors to the Loyola community on January 13, 2014.
Furnished, living room-style lounges on the first floor are open to alumni who stop in during the week, and staff is available to help graduates connect with the university and its alumni resources and services.
The house and its grounds are used for alumni events, gatherings, and meetings throughout the year.
Visitation
The Alumni House is open to visitors, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m - 4 p.m. Please use the main entrance located on the front of the house when visiting. The Alumni House is closed whenever the University is closed.

A limited number of visitor parking spaces are available at the house. If you plan to visit, please call or email ahead to reserve a parking space. We will do our best to fill all requests received.
