Clinical Interests: identity development, multicultural issues, interpersonal concerns, adjustment to life transitions, chronic illness and medical concerns, grief and loss, eating and body image concerns, self-compassion, suicide prevention 

Clinical Approach

The foundation of my therapeutic approach is based in interpersonal, person-centered, and compassion-focused treatment modalities and integrates additional concepts and skills from CBT, ACT, and DBT.
