Rachel L. Grover, Ph.D. Director of Undergraduate Program in Psychology
Dr. Rachel Grover joined the department in 2002. This is her second stint as Director of the Undergraduate Program, having previously served in the role from 2014 to 2017. She is deeply committed to the education we provide our undergraduate students and their personal and professional development. She teaches courses in research methods and child psychology.

Jen L. Lowry, Ph.D. Director of Clinical Training, Chair of the Faculty
Dr. Jen Lowry joined the department in 1996. She has held numerous critical administrative roles at Loyola during her tenure, including Department Chair, Chair of the Faculty, Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Associate Department Chair. She teaches courses in personality assessment, psychopathology, and introductory psychology.
Traci P. Martino, M.S. Director of Program Operations
Ms. Traci Martino started with the department as Director of Program Operations in August of 2001. Over the years, she has worked closely with the department chair as well as the program directors to ensure the psychology programs run as smoothly as possible. She also serves as a liaison between the psychology department and other departments on campus. She has taught introductory psychology, and has served as an academic advisor to both undergraduate psychology students and masters students.
Emalee J. W. Quickel, Ph.D. Director of Clinical Professional Counseling
Dr. Emalee Quickel joined the department in 2016. She is a strong advocate for graduate clinical training and is completing her first term as Director of the Clinical Professional Counseling Program. She teaches courses in psychotherapy principles and practices, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
