Our strategic plan, Together We Rise, calls Loyola to become a more welcoming community, one that lives the strong truths that the University’s Jesuit, Catholic values inspire. The University has contracted with Rankin Climate LLC to conduct a campus climate assessment in 2025 to inform the University's actions for the future.

The Thriving Spaces: Environment for Learning, Living, and Working survey was designed to assess how all members of our community are experiencing the current campus climate. The provided overall direction and guidance, and the research was reviewed and approved by the Loyola University Maryland Institutional Review Board.

At Loyola University Maryland, we are seeking to create an environment that ensures openness, fairness, and equal access for all students, faculty, staff, and administrators. The results of the survey will help us broaden our scope around diversity and inclusion and inform actions for the future.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Rodney Parker, Ph.D, chief equity and inclusion officer, at officeoftheceio@loyola.edu.
