Biography
Kimberly Hart is an Executive in Residence in the Joseph A. Sellinger, S.J., School
of Business and Management at Loyola University Maryland. She teaches a variety of
undergraduate marketing courses, including Principles of Marketing, Strategic Marketing,
Customer Research & Analytics, Retail Marketing, and Consumer Behavior. Prior to
joining Loyola, Kimberly built a multifaceted marketing career at McCormick & Company,
where she held roles in product management, corporate branding, direct-to-consumer
innovation, and digital platform development. She was instrumental in launching McCormick
World of Flavors, the company's first branded retail destination, and contributed
to more than 80 product launches throughout her career.
In addition to her academic work, Kimberly is an entrepreneur, author, and travel advisor. She has founded multiple ventures, including BMoreMusical and Beach Bites, and is the author of the children's book "You Can Like That AND This", which encourages children to embrace multiple interests and identities. Kimberly enjoys connecting classroom learning with industry practice, helping students develop the strategic thinking and practical skills needed to succeed in today's evolving marketing landscape.
