ASPIRE
ASPIRE is Loyola University Maryland's extended learning community and online education platform designed to provide students of all experience levels the opportunity to engage in lifelong professional and personal development. Through ASPIRE, we offer professional development courses designed for the business community. The goal of each offering is to improve a specific aspect of job performance and to enhance the participant’s immediate potential.
ASPIRE offers certificate bundles in various subject areas including Leadership, Data Analytics and Business Communications.
Leadership Essentials
Leadership Essentials attracts rising stars and future leaders in the beginning and middle of their careers and is designed to address the critical gap between the skills provided by formal education and the full development of seasoned professionals. Leadership Essentials is offered in collaboration with Leadership Howard County.
Custom Programs
Loyola subject matter experts collaborate with your organization to design custom programs and workshops, ranging from specific topical sessions to broader multi-faceted programs that can accommodate the development needs of a wide range of experience levels.
Advanced Leadership Development Program
The Advanced Leadership Development Program is a 5-module program designed to provide management professionals with the knowledge, tools and confidence to improve their daily leadership effectiveness while preparing them for advanced opportunities.
