Tania Cantrell Rosas-Moreno, Ph.D., Recognized by Ragan PR
Loyola College of Arts and Sciences is proud to recognize Tania Cantrell Rosas-Moreno, Ph.D., on being named one of this year's recipients of Ragan PR's Top Women in Communications Award. The award honors an elite list of women who are advancing the communications industry, inspiring their coworkers and peers, and mentoring future generations of communication leaders. Dr. Rosas-Moreno has taught public relations and communication courses at Loyola for 10 years as well as having had a career in public relations. In her industry time, she worked in both corporate and agency settings predominately in the high-tech and nonprofit sectors. Since 2014 she has directed and mentored Loyola's Public Relations Student Society of America chapter, encouraging its rise to consistent national attention. Dr. Rosas-Moreno works tirelessly to lead her Loyola Communication students to become ethical practitioners as they embrace, face, and fight for socially just opportunities in a world needing them.
Ragan PR is a leader in training for professionals in corporate communications, public relations, social media and management. Dr. Rosas-Moreno and the other honorees will be presented their awards at a celebratory luncheon in New York City in late March.
