Landing at Loyola
Landing at Loyola
Landing at Loyola is a three-day bridge program for students who identify as neurodivergent. This pre-fall program includes tailored sessions on academic and career resources, self-advocacy, and time to develop social connections at Loyola.
If the program fee is a barrier to participating, financial assistance may be available. For more information, please reach out to Taylor Thornton (trthornton@loyola.edu).
Program is best suited for:
- Students who identify as neurodivergent. An actual diagnosis nor DAS registration is required to participate in the program.
- Students who may need some additional support with the transition to college. The program allows students to move in early and become familiar with the campus before Welcome Weekend.
- This program will include sessions on: communication, Loyola supports and services, campus life, and being a self-advocate. The intention is to provide students with the tools to navigate college and the systems within independently.
