The Center for Intercultural Engagement

Students of color gather to study in the Center for Intercultural Engagement

The Center for Intercultural Engagement, formerly the Claver Multicultural Center, opened in 2018 after students advocated for a more visible and centralized gathering space. The CIE provides a space for open dialogue, networking, celebration, and programming that supports all students from diverse backgrounds.  The space also includes a community kitchen (ideal for commuter students) that is accessible to campus community members.
