Fitness Class Descriptions
Butts & Guts
This 20/20/20 format is super effective and fun! You can expect a thorough lower body, core, and cardio workout. Using a variety of exercises and equipment, this class will help you tone and tighten your glutes, flatten your abdominals, strengthen the back as well as provide a great cardio workout!
Cycle, Core, & Arms
The spinning workout that maximizes cardio, strength building and toning to fun music and a great instructor! This class is the perfect combination with approximately 30 minutes of indoor cycling with some arms and abs toning at the end, using light weights!
Drop & Give Me Zen
The workout that builds flexibility and strength. Maintaining awareness and the focus on breath, you will move through traditional and contemporary yoga poses to stretch your body and calm your mind.
Groove Ride
The fiercely fun 45-minute spinning workout you didn't know you needed. Groove Ride brings you the best mix of music to get you cycling and sweating harder than you ever thought you could! Beat-driven movements will have you leaving the gym transformed, all while building endurance and cardiovascular strength. Please arrive early to set up your bike!
Lift
This is a choreographed strength training class that will challenge all the major muscle groups. Lift utilizes a barbell, step, plates, and dumbbells to strengthen and tone the entire body. High repetition and high energy make Lift both an effective and enjoyable class.
Mind over Mat(ter)
The workout that builds flexibility and strength. Maintaining awareness and the focus on breath, you will move through traditional and contemporary yoga poses to stretch your body and calm your mind
Power & Pulse
The spinning workout that maximizes calorie burn to hot music and intense instructors. This class involves sprints, jumps, hills, tap-backs, and even a free-weights track. Come ready for a challenge!
Rhythm Ripped
This class is a rhythmic, music-based indoor cycling class that focuses on endurance, strength and, intervals of varying intensity for a high energy workout. This 45-mintue spin class is always combined with a few minutes of light weights so you can enjoy a full-body work out!
Soul Stretch
The workout that builds flexibility and strength. Maintaining awareness and the focus on breath, you will move through traditional and contemporary yoga poses to stretch your body and calm your mind
Spin & Strength
The spinning workout that maximizes calorie burn to hot music and intense instructors. This class also includes a focus on arms and core with the use of small to medium sized weights. Come ready for a challenge!
Twin Spin
Twin Spin is featuring 2 instructors, 2 Twin Sisters, leading the same class for the whole session. This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Get your sweat on to time or music-based aerobic endurance conditioning and anaerobic interval training motivated by expert instruction! Classes focus on drills that build power and endurance on the bike and brief, high-intensity, bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold to increase your cycling power.
