Procedure for Establishing a Club Sport Team
In order to be recognized by the Club Sport Program, a group must provide a valid service to the Loyola community and must adhere to the governing policies established by the Club Sport Program. The organization must submit a complete application for recognition for approval by the Assistant Director for Sport Programs. The completed application must include:
- Name of the organization
- Names and contact information for the organization's officers (must have a minimum of two students)
- The purpose, goals, and standards of the organization, including a team mission statement
- Team roster (to be recognized, there must be at least 8 active members for the upcoming year)
- A proposed schedule for practice and competition
- A proposed budget and fundraising plan
