Communicable Diseases
The Student Health and Education Services department (Health Services) monitors communicable disease cases that may affect the well-being of the campus community. In the event of a communicable disease outbreak, Health Services consults with and receives guidance from the Baltimore City Health Department and the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in order to properly manage the event and protect others in the community.
