Wendy Bolger, MBA, became Director of Loyola’s Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship in July 2018. Her career has spanned public and private sectors, including experiences as an entrepreneur starting her own firm, managing technology product development, and launching new initiatives and teams for nonprofit organizations.
The enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship at Loyola is tremendously energizing for her, and promising for the University’s future. Through the Center, she looks forward to applying Loyola values to serve the community, in support of job creation and wealth creation for underrepresented entrepreneurs in Baltimore. She was named to Technical.ly’s inaugural RealLIST Connectors roundup of those building Baltimore’s tech, entrepreneurship, and innovation community by linking others, with the goals of growth and inclusivity.

Jon is an entrepreneur, management consultant, and executive coach. He founded Line of Sight, a firm focused on working with clients to improve their success through better project management, process improvement and managing organizational change. His clients ranged from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as local, state, and federal government organizations. Jon authored two books and scads of articles on topics including project management, leadership, strategic planning, and organizational change.
After selling Line of Sight and completing a four-year term on the Howard County Council, representing Ellicott City during the two historic floods in 2016 and 2018, Jon was asked to join the Maryland Department of Health’s executive team providing leadership and guidance for transformative projects in the organization. Here he led MDH’s transition to a “virtual” organization, took on the statewide testing program, and ultimately led the government’s statewide response. In 2022, Jon launched Propositum to provide strategic advisory, consulting, and coaching services to organizations doing good work.
Jon graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s in International Relations and American University with a Master’s in International Affairs. He served as an officer in the Army Reserves, commission from the ROTC. Jon lives in Baltimore with his wife, Margaret, and their two dogs, Shea and Spike.
